The Buffalo Carousel Committee has big plans — REALLY BIG — for the historic Cowboy Indian Carousel. They have purchased the old Buetler’s building on Lobban and plan to move the Carousel there and build a center for the arts, community events and education around it. They have just recently signed a contract to purchase the building from Margi Schroth of the HF Bar who very generously immediately donated back part of the purchase price. Now the Carousel Committee wants to bring the whole of the Big Horn community and especially Buffalo that has been home to the Cowboy Carousel since Emerson and Anne Scott had the vision to buy it and bring it here in 1985.
